Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These terms govern the purchase of goods in the online shop craftcup.lv (hereinafter — the “Shop”), owned and operated by SIA "CraftCup", reg. nr. 40203012345, Brīvības iela 85-10, Rīga, LV-1001 (hereinafter — the “Seller”). By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accept these terms, the Privacy policy and the returns terms.

2. ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The sales contract is deemed concluded when the Seller has sent the buyer an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order. Until then, the Seller may cancel the order if the item is out of stock or an error in the price/description is found (notifying the buyer and refunding any amounts paid).

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in euros and include VAT (PVN) of 21%. Payment methods are listed on the “Payment & delivery” page. The Seller may change prices; an order placed before a price change is charged at the price valid at the time of ordering. Payment is made before the goods are dispatched, except for the “cash on delivery” method.

4. DELIVERY

Delivery is made within Latvia using the methods and rates listed on the “Payment & delivery” page. The risk of accidental loss of the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier or delivered to the buyer (depending on the chosen method). If the address/parcel locker specified by the buyer is unavailable through the buyer’s fault and the goods are returned to the Seller, the buyer pays for re-delivery.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, the exceptions, the procedure and the withdrawal form are set out on the “Returns” page.

6. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

The Seller guarantees the conformity of the goods for 2 years from the moment they are handed over to the consumer. Complaints are accepted at info@craftcup.lv; a written reply is sent within 15 days of receiving the complaint.

7. USE OF THE WEBSITE

The buyer agrees not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to attempt unauthorised access and not to copy content (texts, images) without the Seller’s written consent. All trademarks, texts and photos on the website belong to SIA "CraftCup" or are used with the permission of the rights holders.

8. LIABILITY

The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, or for the actions of carriers and payment providers where these occur beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The Seller’s maximum liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Consumer disputes that cannot be settled this way are handled by the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv) or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). The contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. The contract is drawn up in Latvian; the Russian and English versions are translations provided for convenience.
