RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ATKĀPŠANĀS TIESĪBAS) — 14 DAYS
Under the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likums, PTAL), you have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, and to return the goods.
RETURN CONDITIONS
We accept a return if:
- no more than 14 calendar days have passed since you received the goods;
- the goods have not been used and are in saleable condition;
- the packaging is intact (the factory film/lid/sticker is unbroken) and all components are present;
- you have proof of purchase (order number, e-invoice).
EXCEPTIONS (under PTAL, the following cannot be returned):
- food products with broken packaging — opened packs of coffee, tea and chicory, as well as loose tea, for reasons of hygiene and health protection;
- goods made to the consumer's individual order.
If the goods are defective, damaged in transit or you received the WRONG item, these exceptions do not apply: we will replace the goods or refund the full amount, including delivery, at our expense.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM — 4 STEPS
- Fill in the withdrawal form (see below) and send it to info@craftcup.lv within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
- Send the goods by carrier to: SIA "CraftCup", Brīvības iela 85-10, Rīga, LV-1001 — no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, except in cases of a defect or a shop error.
- Once we have checked the goods, we will refund the money within 14 calendar days using the same payment method you used.
COMPLAINTS AND LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Complaints about product quality are accepted within 2 years of purchase (legal guarantee of conformity under PTAL). Send your complaint to info@craftcup.lv with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We reply to complaints in writing within 15 days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, www.ptac.gov.lv) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
