How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, choose a delivery method (Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts, SmartPost Itella parcel locker or courier) and a payment method. A confirmation will arrive by e-mail within a few minutes.
How much does delivery cost and when will my order arrive?
From €2.49 (Latvijas Pasts) to €3.99 (courier) — see the rate table on the “Payment & delivery” page. Delivery takes 1–3 working days. Orders from €39 ship free to parcel lockers.
Which payment methods are available?
Online banking (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor), Paysera, Visa/Mastercard cards, Apple Pay / Google Pay, bank transfer against invoice, cash on delivery (+€1.49).
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt — if the packaging is unopened and the product is unused. Opened food products (coffee, tea, chicory) cannot be returned unless they are defective. More details on the “Returns” page.
What if my order arrived damaged or it’s the wrong item?
Write to info@craftcup.lv within 3 days with photos of the packaging and the product — we will replace it or refund you at our expense, including delivery.
What is the difference between light and dark roast?
Light roast keeps berry and floral notes and bright acidity — the best choice for filter. Dark roast gives a chocolate-caramel bitterness and a full body — for espresso and milk drinks. Medium roast is the all-rounder.
Whole beans or ground? Which should I choose?
We ship coffee as whole beans — this keeps the aroma longer. If you need a specific grind (espresso, moka pot, filter, French press, cezve) — add it to the order comment and we will grind it for free before dispatch.
How should I store coffee, tea and chicory?
In an airtight, opaque container, in a cool, dry place, not in the fridge. Coffee is best within 4–6 weeks of the roast date (printed on the bag). Tea and chicory — up to 12 months.
Do you issue VAT (PVN) invoices for companies?
Yes. At checkout, enter your company name, registration number and VAT (PVN) number — an e-invoice with VAT shown separately will be sent automatically. For wholesale orders (from 20 bags) write to info@craftcup.lv.
Do you offer a coffee subscription?
Subscriptions are not available in the demo version of the shop. We plan to launch a “coffee subscription” with delivery every 2 weeks — follow the news on our blog and newsletter.
