Payment & delivery
PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online banking — instant and free of charge for you. Through the MakeCommerce (Montonio) payment system you can authorise payment in Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor. Once the payment is confirmed, you return to the site and your order goes straight to packing.
- Paysera — pay via online banking or your Paysera balance. No fee is charged to the buyer.
- Visa / Mastercard bank card. Payments are processed by Stripe with mandatory 3-D Secure authentication. Card details are not stored on our site.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay — one-tap payment on your smartphone (via Stripe).
- Bank transfer (prepayment). After you place your order, we will email you an invoice. The order is shipped within 1–3 business days after the funds reach the account of SIA "CraftCup" (the IBAN is shown on the invoice).
- Cash on delivery (COD). Available for DPD courier delivery and Latvijas Pasts shipments. Additional cash-on-delivery fee — €1.49.
All prices on the site are in euros (€) and include VAT (PVN) at 21%. Every order comes with an electronic invoice showing the VAT (PVN) amount separately. Payments take place in the secure environment of the payment providers; the shop does not receive or store your bank card details. Demo mode: payment gateways run in test (sandbox) mode, no money is charged.

How we work:
- Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are packed the same day; orders placed after 12:00 are packed the next business day.
- Once your order is handed to the carrier, you receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and the parcel locker code.
- Parcels are kept in the parcel locker for 7 calendar days.
- If the parcel is damaged on receipt, record the damage in the carrier's report and contact us right away: info@craftcup.lv.
International delivery (Lithuania, Estonia) — on request: write to info@craftcup.lv and we will calculate the cost individually.
